Preserved as one of the last remaining historic mansions on K Street in Downtown Washington, DC, the property was converted into a two-story restaurant and event space with direct connections to the adjacent Moxy hotel as their premier F&B offering. The Oyster Parlour and Whiskey Attic are separate but complementary experiences linked by a set of spiral stairs. The design narrative is rooted in the history of the mansion, paying tribute to past residents and reviving the spirit of the age.
