A showcase in both efficiency and creativity, Streetsense redefined the meaning of a roll-out for the expanding Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar, completing 15 new builds and 5 renovations over 5 years. Each restaurant shares the same foundational narrative and palette of materials and finishes yet are each distinguishable by their own personality and design. Layers of context were researched and uncovered in each new city and space providing inspiration for the details and features that would set each store apart. Together they form a collection of restaurants inspired by the cozy, eclectic atmosphere of the original cafe in Asheville, NC.
